Pool and bar area were not available for the guest because a private network event. I wasn’t aware that I had to pay a daily service fee of about $50 per day and when placing drinks orders they charged for gratuity compared to the other hotel nearby where my friends stayed it was already part of the service fee and they did not charge gratuity. But overall it was good stay. The view of the pool and the beach was very good.

Stayed here Jan 2023 with my family. My brother used their valet services but they ended charging my credit card for the valet charges. When I flagged the error, they initially gave a credit but then fraudulently charged my card again for the valet charges because they did not feel like contacting the correct person who incurred the charges. Be there careful staying here. They are dishonest! Be sure to get a printed receipt to make sure they are not charging you incorrectly. Someone in the valet also stole my brother Samsung watch from the car when he gave it to the valet.

The A/C unit in the room was extremely loud. The cabinet doors in the room were broken off or hanging. The room and the hallway looked worn out and not crisp and clean. Not a high end hotel for the price we paid.
