"With the hurricane coming we weren’t sure how things were going to end up. The host was amazing with communication & keeping us updated. The condo closed for a few days but we were able to check in on Monday & still stay 4 nights. The condo was immaculate, by far the cleanest place we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. Check in process was seamless & we were able to check in early (so thankful for that)! The facilities & beach access were perfect. We absolutely loved everything about this condo & the Phoenix in general. I highly recommend!!"

"We loved this cute little condo! We were very nervous about our trip due to an arrival right after hurricane Isias. Shelby was great at keeping in touch and answering my many anxiety driven questions about the hurricane possibilities. It is tight fit if using the pull out sofa, but it worked very well for our family of 4. The condo is small but has absolutely everything we needed. Shelby has very thoughtfully placed plenty of hooks for hanging all the wet stuff and bags etc. plenty of clean towels that were as crisp and white as could be! It is a very quick short walk down to the beach, honestly shorter than some beachfront facing condos we have stayed in, The building is old and not fancy, but seems to be taken care of and the pools were very nice. We especially appreciated one of the pools being heated. Shelby was great at keeping in touch and answering all of my many questions. We saw so many dolphins very close to shore and the beach is beautiful. We will definitely be back!Be sure to get some shrimp and smoked redfish dip at Lartigues across the street!"
