“Very comfortable rockers and Adirondack chairs make it easy to relax and enjoy the lake view. Our bed was comfortable, and Nile supplied all we needed with linens and soaps. We appreciated all the space and large dining table. Lake is beautiful. Very enjoyable stay. Exceptional communication with our host. ”

“Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed a week in Guilford. The children safely played in the yard and rode their push bikes in the driveway. The privacy and views were excellent. The house easily provided ample space for us all. We walked to the beach and enjoyed playing in the sand and running in the splash pad. Mystic Aquarium and Hamonassett State Park were easy car rides. “I had another wonderful stay here. As always, the house was immaculately clean, super comfortable and enjoyable. The host has excellent communication and does a great job. The property is so beautiful in the summertime. I did not realize how gorgeous the landscaping was as I had been there in winter before. The lilies are just gorgeous and smells so good. The whole property is really lovely. I like the little fenced in patio area with the fire pit and seating a lot. Look forward to staying here...

“Two words perfectly describe this property. Charm and Character seasoned with history. It is a comfortable place to be, and you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was just what our group of 7 needed. Be sure to look at the painted door in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make a feast. On Christmas day we cooked a 15lb stuffed turkey with 4 side dishes, gravy, and an apple crumble. We could've done a pie but nobody wanted to...

“We enjoyed our stay at Peek-A-Boo View. Good communication with the owners before and during our visit.Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The cute cottage had many inviting spots, indoors and outside, to enjoy our visit. I loved that there was a good selection of books and games. This trip was for visiting family, so we basically used it for sleeping. I wish we had more time to use all the amenities it offers. Hopefully we will during our next visit.”

“The cottage is everything one could need or want when wanting to enjoy quiet surrounded by nature. The hosts really set it up with all one needs to feel like they are home away from home. They communicated well and made sure we knew we could reach out to them for any needs. I left out a star due to water issues which has nothing to do with the host but location I’m sure. We had to keep waiting for it to be available for showers and with teens the complaints must be heard and thus that should be...
