"Smelled like smoke, little noisy but safe"

"Clean room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was not as good as I hoped it would be but it was still good. We both had the turkey club. Would definitely plan to stay there again and I really enjoyed Norwalk itself. It’s a very walkable pristine town. "

"Big issue was the pillows they were like bricks. One of the pillowcase had 3 pillows stuffed in it because they were so compacted. They soaps in the room was not attended to. Thankfully we brought our own soap and hair stuff. The bedding mattress protector was coming off the bed"

"The best part of the stay was the breakfast. They use real eggs, not that powdered stuff. My only complaint with this property was the bed. It was terrible. The mattress was lumpy and the frame was very noisy. We stayed three nights. By the last morning, my back was so sore. Two nights would be my limit. "

"The first fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm and we all evacuated for approx 15-20 min. It was a false alarm. Personally I think the unsupervised children running in hall might have done that. Then it went off around 2:00 am. Quickly an announcer said it was a false alarm, someone LOST a child and we didn’t have to leave our rooms but the alarm stayed blaring till 3:00 so it kept everyone AWAKE and annoyed! "
