“The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

“The Good - host check-in information was organized, communicated well, listing was accurate, space clean and nicely decorated, bed, pillows, and linens SUPER comfortable, pet friendly, kitchen well equipped, nice bottle of wine waiting for us!The Not as Good - unloading was a challenge because it was difficult to find street parking nearby, the area around the building is not so great and we were a little nervous walking our dog late at night, and building feels more like a dorm and is high……

“We loved this rental. The location is one you might not think is good BUT IT IS. I loved the location. Great coffee shop around the corner. Short walk to great restaurants and it was a safe location. I will stay here again. Also the two bedrooms with two bathrooms is rare and each bedroom with a king bed is super rare. I highly recommend this rental and Joshua was so great and helpful. ”

“This host was incredibly responsive to last minute issues that arose, such as the battery for the number lock entry being low, which was fixed right away. This host provided nice touches, such as complimentary toiletries and items that you only expect in a hotel, such as garbage bags, diswasher tabs, and paper towels. They also decorated for the holiday! The home was comfortable and the host was pleasant and communicative. ”

“The studio was nice: good furnishings, a very comfortable high-density foam mattress. Unfortunately I didn't receive the day-of message providing the access codes and had to request once I was there. I got that, but not the wifi access info.The street is busy, with street life at night. That was fine by me but useful to know. ”
