The Skating Rock has one ground-floor double, one double with en-suite electric shower, basin, and WC, one double and a twin. There’s a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. There’s a utility with washing machine and dryer. Oil fired central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s private parking and an enclosed garden with lawn. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7.6 miles, pub 7.2 miles. The Skating Rock is a lovely base for a rural retreat. Please note the property has a minimum of 3 nights stay Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. From Skating Rock is it 7 miles to Kenmare, 10 miles to Gilgarriff and 27 miles to Killarney Region: Northern Ireland is a superb holiday destination with a fantastic coastline and wonderful countryside to discover. Visit the Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, the Bushmills Distillery and Belfast, the provinces capital city. Town: Keadue in County Roscommon is a small pretty village with a shop and pub. It has an attractive church, an historic gateway and bridge, and is home to St Lasair’s Holy Well, still a place of pilgrimage at the end of every August. The ruins of Kilronan Abbey are close by, as are the spa facilities at Kilronan Castle. The area is packed with loughs big and small, offering angling, water sports, riding, and of course plenty of lovely walks.
