“Very friendly people”

“A lovely room in a very cosy, friendly pub. There was some road noise due to the location, but this dies down after dark. The facilities and food were excellent.”

The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures. We found their restaurant had a...

“Superb setting very unique. Lovely staff & service . We enjoyed our stay.”

“Premier Inn is a nice hotel; there is a McDonalds across the street which is convenient. The hotel does not have air conditioning so depending on the time of year that you visit it could be an issue. We were there in October, so it was not an issue. The restaurant was good. The beer taps were not working when we were there, but they had bottled beer so that was not a big thing. I would recommend the ribs. The brunch buffet is okay. The coffee machine was broken when we were there so that...
