The house is conveniently located. The dining table only accommodated 4 people and we had 5\. I did see chairs in the garage but wasn't sure I should use them. The backyard is truly a mess and we were warned. I have limited mobility and it was near impossible for me to step back up onto the patio from the yard as there is a huge drop off. Not ideal for younger kids. The grass really needed mowing front and back. The description said there was a hot tub but it is a soaking tub in the master bedroom. No jetted hot tub. The price wasn't exorbitant so all in all we were happy.
