The hotel room couch was broken as well as the TV didn’t work at all. Was told the hotel was full when it was not and was finally moved to a smaller room. There was no food at the free breakfast and when asked about it was told more was coming. After waiting 2 minutes we finally went to eat elsewhere. Then on our second night the fire alarm went off on our floor (3rd) and not the others because of a fault ice machine that sounded like it was going to explode the entire stay. The hotel is unsafe and no one could explain why the other floors were not evacuated.

Especially loved the bedding! Our mattresses were like brand new and sleep was easy to come by. Room was very quiet also. When I went downstairs for breakfast they had ran out of hashbrowns and scrambled eggs, so that was disappointing and the main floor ice machine was broken.

Room said it offered a sofa bed. It was actually a futon which was really frustrating because normally my 3 kids would all fit on a sofa bed. Not a small uncomfortable futon. There was still hair in the tub and the chair in our room was all ripped up. Otherwise everything else was fine. Enjoyed having a separate room from the living area.

Everything was fine. The property could use some updates, but it was clean, quiet and close to places we needed to go. We would definitely stay again if needed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Smoke detector in the room was wrapped in plastic bag and hanging by the wires, but beyond that the room was functional and clean.

The breakfast was really good, lots to choose from. My only complaint would be the old lumpy pillows. Very uncomfortable. It's past time for them to be replaced.

Hotel is about what you would expect for the price, but the bed was very hard and the pillows were not good at all. The overall condition of the hotel is slightly rundown, it could use some upkeep. The staff was efficient and friendly.

The room size was good but stains and rips on carpet and white patches on brown walls were unpleasant. Bed was comfortable but sofa seating was horrible. Table and chairs were rickety.
