I had a horrible experience flying from lasvegas tired with my boxes only to find out the “ hotel was overbooked “ no courtesy to even call before getting there to go to the next hotel they told me to go at 11.30 Going there , you would think it was a smooth thin it’s like me snd my husband pleading with them coz it was too late and the very first time there . This will be my last time to use Expedia’s and double tree Hilton .

Great location. I asked to have housekeeping come to rooms while we were out and this was not done. The hotel was busy over the weekend, but they could have apologized for this oversight- instead they just blew us off.

The person at the front desk was very rude. When I walked in he was on his phone and proceeded to stay on it while I was in front of him. I was charged twice for my room and went to talk to him about it. He was rude and told me because I booked through a third party there was nothing he could help me with. I would have appreciated some empathy as I was already feeling frustrated.
