Predictable - in all the best of ways! Staff were excellent, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast varied by day which is always a plus. Would stay here again!

Hotel is Great!
This hotel is great! Aesthetically pleasing and very clean throughout! Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Great selection of food for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again!!!

One more chair and a table needed.
Nice room, however no place to sit except bed and single chair. Two people should be able to sit together and eat.

Kids were slamming doors and running up and down the hallways at 11, plus you could hear the outside traffic also, people walking by, vehicles driving by and the many sirens that there were.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was good and the hotels was clean and comfortable. Note that the parking lot is first come first serve and does fill up. There is parking across the street in a public garage if the hotel lot is full.

Your basic holiday inn, they are all the same. Cheapest hotel near US bank stadium we could find with a pool, hotttub, and free breakfast. The parking lot only holds…. 15 vehicles or so. We used the parkade across the street for $15 / night (hotel is 20)

The small parking lot for the hotel was inconvenient, and having to pay extra for parking in that lot or another lot wasn't cool.

The staff here were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room we stayed in was very clean and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've experienced -- this was a pleasant surprise as I would certainly consider this more of a budget hotel in the area. The staff at breakfast were quick to clean up tables as people filtered out of the breakfast area and they were on top of it when it came to restocking the food and making sure everything was fresh. My only complaint about the property is the pool area. It is exactly the same as when I stayed in it 15 years ago; the pool lining, floor, and jacuzzi just look old/discolored which is kind of a turn off for an area that should feel clean and relaxing. A face lift in the pool area would go a long way for the property as a whole!

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. There was a large, very good continental breakfast that you did not have to pay extra for. But the parki sucked. Plus, it was $20 to park at their hotel. Other than the parking and having to pay,it was a nice room.
