Well our room had left over things from previous ppl staying in it broken curtain and staff was kinda rude and not very helpful

The room they gave us it smelled like cats and dogs had peed all over the place it's stank was so terribly and the bulbs are burnt out in the bathroom it was awful we actually have to go and ask for another room because the smell was so horrible in that place I couldn't even live in that place I couldn't even I walked in there and I just about passed out from the smell I have to go back and demand another room

The only positive aspect of staying here was that pets stay free. It was an uncomfortable place for a solo female traveler. The hotel was very noisy – you could hear everything happening in the hallway and nearby rooms all night long. The fire alarm went off at 3 AM, and we all had to go into the parking lot while we waited for the fire department. The alarm then proceeded to go off for brief periods twice more during the night and early morning. While the bedding was fairly clean, there were cigarette burns on the linens. If you’re looking for the cheapest option in the area, then this is certainly it, but make sure to have noise canceling headphones and low expectations.

We had to give a deposit and the money took 3-4 business days to go back to our account. When they would not accept cash. We had to get a debit credit card in their lobby. We were misled and barely made it back to Canada

I was woke up twice from fights. The room was nasty dirty sheets , old beds. Dirty towels they we're yellow. Holes in the blanket , had to ask for one abd there we're burns. I would never ever go back there I'll sleep in my car. No sleep both nights.

The place is right for the price I paid. Just going to say the bed mattress is was so bad.. I woke up with back pain! Two flat cheap pillows and no real blanket?!!! The blanket was two flat sheets together !! No comforter nothing!! glad it wasn't cold.. but then again.. can't complain for $55. LOL

My room was probably wasn’t up to code and the staff was rude as hell at front desk and I got charged double for deposit and my ac was broken, also no screen in window of room. The elevator smelled like urine.

So, although i gave this a 3 star rating, don't let it fool you... if i did this a year ago, I'd ask them to give ME stars... this place is so much better since new owners took over... the new owner is great, and he helped us in many ways... overall the staff is friendly... The rooms are about as basic as it gets...a bed, nightstand, table, and tv... oh, and hardwood floors that amplifies every sound above and below you... there are only 2 pillows and you can't get extra... smoking is only allowed on 3rd floor, but can be smelled throughout the place... on the weekends they have 2 uniformed officers doing security... CONCLUSION: There is alot of work to change this place from what it used to be and still has issues, but they are working hard at fixing this...i stay here frequently and have seen the change... the best part, no deposit required for getting a room, but they don't accept cash, credit or debit card only. .. but be warned, if anyone is with you, they better have an ID or they won't be let in... keep up the good work guys...

There was a domestic abuse argument above me all night so I left at 7 am because I never was able to go fall asleep. There were dogs barking. It was terrifying

Everybody there like the employees will help you if you don't know your way around very professional super staff they're really cleaned up the place and it's reasonable to stay at that is convenient to get a dog to go downtown and do a few things if you have to go

It will be the first and the last time. The hall ways were very smelly of smoking. People were being very loud and the shower was not working. Literally, we had to use our hands to scooper up the water from the down spout to rinse our body.

Place was ok, had all the basics that you need and was right by a bus stop going downtown. Facilities outside the rooms were a bit dirty though, and the TV didn't come with a working remote and there was no temperature control for the rooms.
