Great sewing weekend
The beds and pillows were amazing. Really clean, kitchen well stocked. We only made coffee but there is plenty of everything you would need to make anything. There are several great restaurants that are within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Stayed for the weekend to attend a sewing workshop at Treadle Yard Goods. The VRBO list a hot tub but there wasn’t one and the info we received at check in from VRBO didn’t have the WIFi info. We emailed the host and she was great! Fast response! Looking forward to doing another sewing workshop and would definitely stay again

Great trip to St. Paul
I was in town visiting my child at Macalester College. The house was in a convenient location to the college. It was clean and warm on a rather cold weekend. If it is available the next time I am in town, I will stay there again.

Quant Duplex
The check-in process was easy and Kristina was very responsive with communication, questions, and accommodations. She also ensured that there was a pack n play and an upgraded mattress for our toddler, which we greatly appreciated given the duration of our stay. There were also plenty of extra essentials in the unit. Only downsides of the unit were the shared laundry, the bathroom was a bit tight, and there were no fans in the bedrooms, especially the half-story bedroom as it got a bit warm during the evening. Overall it was a great property for our family and the walking distance to shops/restaurants was a great perk!

Kevin, we're glad you enjoyed your stay at our quaint cottage. Apologies if it wasn't clear that the laundry was shared, we recently opened it up to guests who weren't staying longer than 10 days and it was previously only used by our cleaning teams. We were surprised to read about the upper room being warm as we did not hear from you during the stay. The HVAC is only 3 years old and should have provided adequate cooling during what was probably a very warm week. We didn't install ceiling fans as the A/C should have been sufficient. Also, the home is over 100 years old and yes, the bathrooms aren't palatial, but we love the renovated design that both preserves some of the original details, while creating an updated look and feel that matches the home's overall aesthetic. We strive for 5 star reviews and are disappointed that our place didn't meet your criteria for that level -- something we are not used to. Kristina

Clean, bright and spacious duplex in Saint Paul neighborhood.
We enjoyed our 4-day stay in this side-by-side duplex that appears as a single home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy street parking and up about 20 stone stairs to an enclosed shared entryway. Once inside the key-coded door, the accommodations were private and quiet with a large living room and dining area, and a large well-appointed kitchen. Enjoyed the sliding door from the bedroom to a wood deck. Our host was responsive and accommodating.

Great spot!
This was a great landing place during our visit with our niece, who's at Macalester. We could walk to campus. The space was clean and welcoming. Just what we needed!

Love this place!
I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, modern, well-stocked and in a great location. The bed/bedding is really comfortable and the house and neighbor were quiet and allowed for great nights of sleep! The property manager was very communicative and helped me enjoy my stay.
