“The fridge had a leak, like all the reviews previously listed. The doors are all hard to open or the locks don’t lock, the grill had problems. Tanks were low so we had to move our burgers into the Kitchen. The air didn’t work but luckily the mountain air kept cool, didn’t test the heat. The outlets in the living area didn’t work and were fire hazards.”

"Sabía que era bueno por sus reseñas, pero quedamos fascinados al vivirlo, es un hotel muy bien administrado por alemanes, excelente limpieza y servicio, en todos los aspectos. Todo está meticulosamente bien administrado, limpieza y servicio del personal del hotel y de la habitación de 100. El área de albercas y spa, es buenísima y se disfruta diariamente. Estan al pendiente de tu habitación todo el día, en las tardes pasan a dejar más botellas de agua y unas deliciosas galletas recién hechas. Está perfectamente bien ubicado en el corazón de Vail Village. Es un hotel encantador al que regresaría sin dudarlo. Vale 100% la pena vivir la experiencia."
