Great condo & location

The condo was great and the location is as good as they come! Amy was great to deal with and the check-in/check-out process was flawless…my favorite place to stay of the places over the years. Great vacation!

Amazing in every way

We had a wonderful time staying at Amy’s lovely place! It had all the essentials and more, including games for the kids and toys and a cart for the beach! It was clean and close to the beach, and communication was super easy. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Amy!

Absolutely Loved It!

We stayed here with our two small kids for spring break and absolutely loved it! We've been to Destin dozens of times, so are very familiar. Great location, not overly crowded, super clean (even in those random closets that seem to always have cobwebs, there wasn't a thing). We would 100% stay again. Property manager was very responsive and great to work with as well. We'll be back!

Great place

We stayed here for a week with family. This place was great, had everything we needed. Clean, staged nice, equipped with cookware, beach towels, chairs, toys and more. 2 min walk to the most beautiful beach with clear water. Considering coming back. Would recommend.

So Easy, So relaxing

I completely loved the property, it was as advertised. I saw another property in the same development but it just didn't compare! This place smells nice, updated fixtures, great view. The property manager was so responsive and kind. I completely recommend. We all slept like babies, but if you want zero street noise like voices and cars going by.. you may not like it. Didn't bother us we'd do this again and again!

This property was great and perfect location. This condo is up to date and very clean. My wife and I only complaint would be that the mattress was very uncomfortable.Other than that would love to stay again. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! This was a great location, beautifully maintained and absolutely perfect for our Florida vacation! I didn't want to leave!!

Great vacation condo!

Condo was extremely clean and very beautifully decorated. ( I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and this was excellent in cleanliness) It had all items one would need- beach toys, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, kitchen appliances, etc. The manager was exceptional to deal with at all times. The pool was super convenient and well maintained. Elevator was very convenient and a great feature. The access to restaurants, beach access, etc was also great! The beach access does require a good set of steps to get to the beach just in case you have someone who can’t climb stairs well. Plenty of parking at the condo. The street in front of the condo is busy but never bothered us for the most part. In the late evening people were honking their horns until late in the night. Turn the box fan on to help drown the noise out and it’s fine. I’m guessing the noise is only an issue during summer months. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend! We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids.

Destin vacation

Everything was great. The host provided great communication and service. The home is decorated very nicely, very clean, and conveniently located to the beach. The condo came with extra toiletries, beach equipment, and more. When it comes to traveling and accommodations, we're very particular. This location satisfied all of our requirements. I recommend this location very highly. Keep up the great work Amy, and we will be back soon.

Wonderful getaway

This is a wonderful property, looked just as listed. The host has done a wonderful job at keeping the house stocked with anything you need. As others commented it is at a busy intersection, but we arrived on a Saturday so that was the only night it was a tad noisy. Again, the host has everything needed including additional fans to drown out the noise. The place overlooks the pool & is a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay again

Great stay!

The condo was well-appointed and clean, making it very comfortable. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, the proximity to the beach and the balcony chairs. Communication with owner was very easy.

Extended Weekend Trip

Loved the interior design/decor in this unit! The unit was very clean, it cooled down quickly, the beds were super comfortable and we loved the tall chairs on the balcony. One observation worth sharing is that due to the location of the building right on the three-way stop, you hear a decent amount of noise from loud car engines revving up, and car or golf cart stereos blasting music that all come to the 3 stop signs which you can hear from inside. I had a sound machine so it drowned out the noise at night but it might be helpful to know that ahead of time for the primary suite. Great stay overall, was very happy to be able to walk the path in the morning along the beach and convenient beach access right across the street. Thank you!
