¡Es imposible estar malhumorado en este colorido condominio frente al mar! Tres niveles de clorofila-verdes a pocos pasos de las aguas luminosas del Golfo est��n seguros de levantar el ánimo y rejuvenecer almas cansadas. Despierta con el sonido de las olas en el mar avena y el susurro de la brisa. No se puede estar más cerca de aguas cálidas codiciados de Destin.

Esta hermosa casa de vacaciones se encuentra en una isla decoración de buen gusto con tonos de coral y azul. Una acogedora sala de estar con muebles cómodos y un comedor con capacidad para 10 permiten obtener amigos y familiares juntos para disfrutar de la belleza del entorno. Great Spring Break Getaway

Really enjoyed the townhome and the location. Loved the decks, the outdoor furniture and the brand new grill. Theres at least 2 restaurants within a short walk and stores everywhere. The beach is beautiful and it was nice having chairs set up for us each morning.

The beach was incredible! The location of the rental property was great. The downside was that maintenance people came by everyday and made plenty of noise. We were not informed that men would be there on property. This meant no privacy….

Great view and location the rest is ok

The view/decks and location are absolutely incredible. That said, the cost for it is quite high considering that’s the only major appeal. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with dishes but everything else was a bit underwhelming. Anything that is upholstered is in desperate need of deep cleaning or replacement - especially the carpeted stairs. Also, the unit was unable to maintain temperature control. One part of a room could easily have five or more degrees difference and the foyer was off by 10-15. We visited in winter and had to layer up even though it was in the 60s because sometimes it was freezing and other moments it was comfortable. We had an extended stay (6 weeks) at the property and after two, we were ready to move on. It would be great for a week vacation if the price was right and furniture was cleaned or replaced.

Beautiful view but few issues

My recommendations would be to cut the weeds on the path toward the beach (a family member tripped) and we found 2 cockroaches in the home. Everything else we enjoyed ;)

Fantastic location on deeded beach. Our section of the beach was not crowded like it is down by the Wales tale or Pompano Joe’s. Quiet and comfortable. The chair service was an added bonus.

Awesome location

We loved having three balconies with their amazing views of this beautiful stretch of the beach. This is within walking distance of Bad Ass Coffee, Pompano Joe’s and other restaurants. There is also a nearby convenience store. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family and plenty of seating. Each family having our own bathroom was a plus! The outside furniture is top quality and comfortable. It was great having chairs and toys provided and located in storage on the lower deck.

Good and the Bad

Excellent beach location and access! Did not like the bedroom (with the 2 beds) attached to the garage which was always hot, even with the air conditioner on. Small washer and dryer for such a large group to stay. The entry door for the garage bedroom and the master bedroom would not remain latched! First morning, found a humongous roach in the kitchen! Left it in a baggy on the counter for proof! The decking to the beach needs a facelift and the weeds around the path/ steps to the beach needs weed killer or black paper under the sand or maybe manual labor! No blanket for the two sleeping on the couch sleeper either.

Great Location

If you did not know any better you would think the beach area in front of the townhome was private which my family loved loved loved! The chairs the owners give were very much appreciated. All the beds slept perfect and the balconies were my favorite. Already looking to make my plans for next year and stay here.

Perfect location and directly on the beach. Checked all of the boxes we were looking for. The property needs a lot of work/updating. Toilet paper dispensers and towel hooks were constantly falling off the walls, televisions weren’t plugged in for some reason, etc. Absolutely perfect location and will definitely return to the area, but some TLC for the property would go a long way.

Family vacation beachside.

We enjoyed the property very much. The best part is rolling out the back door right onto the beach where our beach chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning. It is also within walking distance of several restaurants for those evenings you don't feel like cooking. The decks give you an excellent view of the sunset and one morning we even woke up and walked east on the beach to the see the sunrise. Well stocked kitchen and private space for everyone. Of note, the 3rd downstairs bedroom does have a completely separate entrance that is through the garage with an exit to the deck/beach, so not appropriate for young children to use on their own. Overall we had a great time.

Honeymoon Destination

My husband & I rented this home for our daughter and her husband as a honeymoon gift & they loved it!!! It was his first visit to the beach and she loved seeing his reaction when he stepped out onto the deck to see the moon shinning so bright and glistening on the water. Unfortunately, the temperatures took a dip on their short days there in early December and it was too cool and windy to get in the ocean, but the privacy and views made up for that. Being from Tennessee they also enjoyed seeing the Christmas lights on the Palm trees, the great food and the convenience of everything being so close by. When I asked how they'd rate it from 1-10, They gave it a 10, so THANK-YOU!!!! :)
