With two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, this rental can easily accommodate up to eight guests. Not to mention, Summerhouse is just a quick walk from the beach, nearby area attractions, and features serene views.

Upon arrival, the first thing to catch your attention is sure to be the lush landscaping, tall palm trees, and peaceful atmosphere. The living room includes hardwood floors throughout adding a touch of luxury to your home away from home. You will also find a Smart TV in the living room ensuring you never miss a new release of your current show. You could also host a movie night with your crew and choose between your favorite films. Your kitchen includes stunning granite countertops. It also comes fully equipped allowing you to pack a cooler for the beach, warm up leftovers for lunch, or try your hand at a new seafood recipe. The property was close to the beach. That was very nice. The front window had no covering. It faced the parking lot and sidewalk. I cut a trash bag and covered it. The kitchen is minimally stocked with cookware. Neither of the bunkbeds was made for the children. The master bath door did not close. The master bath tub faucet handles go around and around 360* in both directions. It took a long time to figure out how to turn the water off and how to turn the shower off. The toilet roll holder in the upstairs hall bath is an ancient piece of junk. It was rusted, and came off continuously with the paper rolling across the floor. Multiple pieces of furniture throughout the condo are missing knobs or hardware. We enjoyed the beach, but not the condo.
