Nestled in the heart of this favorite beach and tennis resort,  we'll have you on the courts after breakfast and lying in the sun before lunch.  A short and enjoyable walk to the beach will have you dipping your toes in the most beautiful sugar-white sand along the Gulf of Mexico!

The soothing interiors of this villa offer neutral tones with accents of coastal treasures making comfort and relaxation a top priority. It's easy to find yourself mesmerized by the surrounding tranquil lake views.  You truly can bring in the outdoors with the abundance of windows.  Enjoy the spacious private patio with plenty of seating for al fresco dining and sunset cocktails. Cheers!

Inside, take advantage of the open floor plan which offers plenty of space for easy meal prep and comfortable entertaining areas. The kitchen has expansive countertops with coordinated appliances and a breakfast bar area to keep the conversation going as you unwind and share your day of fun around the resort. You also have a large flat-screen TV in the living room along with a DVD player. 

The primary suite offers a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a large garden tub, and a walk-in shower.  Enjoy your private entrance to the patio for early morning reflection and a cup of coffee. Two guest bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom offering 2 twin beds, maximizing individual comfort for each of your guests. All bedrooms include TVs.

After some time spent at the beach, you can enjoy relaxing at one of the Hidden Dunes swimming pools where you can lounge, swim, and relax a little more. Other amazing amenities at Hidden Dunes include hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a nature trail, a basketball court, an outdoor grill, and tennis courts.

Great location and amenities!
Our group of three adults and two children thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house. It was very clean, the AC worked great and the fans in each room were wonderful to have! We enjoyed sitting outside on the screened in porch. We were able to eat meals outside without worrying about bugs since the porch was screened in. We had a nice view of the small lake. The walk to the beach was not far at all. It was also a very quiet neighborhood which we really enjoyed. One member of our party was sick the day we were supposed to check out and the rental company was very receptive to our needs and responded quickly to us. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to Hidden Dunes for years! The complex is always kept very clean and tidy. This is the first year we stayed in this condo and we loved it. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. Great view of the pond and it was very relaxing to sit on the porch in the evenings!

Great Villa at Hidden Dunes
We started staying at Hidden Dunes 20+ years ago and it has always been a great property. Beach area is nice & not as busy as some of the nearby resorts. Beach service is very convenient. Easy walk to the beach or to the villa pool. We really like the villas and villa 34 did not disappoint. Unit overlooked lake & was very quiet. Everything in unit worked well and found everything we needed during our stay. First time renting via VRBO at Hidden Dunes versus onsite property management and all worked extremely well.

Hidden Dunes is our favorite!
We love Hidden Dunes and this villa was great for our party of six—plenty of room, well-equipped kitchen and a full washer and dryer. We loved the screened porch overlooking the lake. The beach is a just quick walk down the path.
