"Staff were amazing Room clean and comfortable Staff will take you to the beach on a golf cart I was surprised that there was a charge for parking Don't get a balcony no water view "

"Checked in ns was not informed of housekeeping shortage until day two of our vacation. My family and I had to personal ask for additional towels during our stay and no one came to pick up dirty towels or service the room. Killed a few roaches. Had a horrible Wifi connection and couldn't watch TV. There is no view of beach. Disappointed in accomodations. Will not return to this location. "

"Staff was friendly and professional. My room was facing the courtyard area and it was very loud. People were around the pool area until 1:00 am."

"Guest beware they gave us a master key for our room that allows access to everyone's room. They were very aware bc that rooms lock is only way. We checked out early due to this bc no telling if other guest had key to our room. This is very dangerous. Thank God we are honest ppl bc someone could rob & harm guest. There was several issues but all in safety is big for my girls & I. Never again. Front desk Tracy rudest CS I ever seen. "
