“This apartment is well located, underground across the road with a short trip into the centre of Vienna. Apartment well furnished and lots of nice little touches. Small but well laid out. Excellent host, all instructions very clear and getting keys and finding apartment straight forward. Large supermarket across the road. Would be happy to recommend this apart to anyone. ”

Einzig die Fernsehtechnik (kleine Fernseher, schwierige, komplizierte Satellitenreceivertechnik) und der Außenbereich (unbequeme Sitzmobel) könnten ein wenig mehr Liebe vertragen. “War beruflich für 7 Wochen in Wien und hatte eine schönen Rückzugsort zum entspannen nach der Arbeit. Herr Stratill ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und war bei einen kleinen Problemchem sofort zu Stelle. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und sehr zentral gelegen. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sowie Straßenbahn ( direkt vor der Tür aber trotzdem nicht laut) und U Bahn sind ohne Auto schnell erreichbar. Wie schon geschrieben, ich komme definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.”

"位置很好, 就在維也納中央車站附近. 浴室就如同大家所說的, 洗澡容易水溢出到地面, 但因為很乾燥, 所以溢出到地面的水到隔天就會清除. 服務人員很好. 如果你是會員, 可以辦理提前入住, 對於很早到維也納的人, 是可以提前休息."
