“Lakeview was absolutely stunning, no matter what time of the day it was spectacular! Kitchen was stocked with essentials and there was even spices and seasonings as well as condiments in the fridge for use, which came in very handy! Absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend! ”

“We had a family of 11, ages 7 to 70, stay here for the weekend. We had a great time. Outdoor space was amazing for the perfect temperatures we had. We sat on the top deck a lot and enjoyed the views, fished, grilled, and played games. Only issue was the internet. Couldn't get it to connect which was probably only temporary and I'm sure is pretty common on the lake but no big deal. Host was great and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Wes! My family made great……

“The property was more impressive in person than the photos could depict. It's in a beautiful location on a peaceful finger of the lake, protected from the wind and chop on the larger part of the lake. Our group was three couples of old friends who stayed in the home during a holiday weekend. It was so nice sitting on the covered back patio enjoying the lake view and the sound of families playing and laughing together. If I didn't want a lake house before, I certainly do now! The living room……

“It was amazing, we had everything we needed and location was perfect. Very nice setup, comfortable and clean. The best part was they allowed dogs and even had pooper scoopers which was a plus. Check-in was flawless, we enjoyed the marina as they had music on Friday and Saturday nights, they had games, fans in each of the rooms, TV set up, everything was great. We didnt have life jackets available so we did not use they kayaks so if you want to use those maybe bring your own. Host had notes……

“This place was wonderful! It was perfect for our large family reunion. There were plenty of activities. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and things like detergent, trash bags, paper towels, pots and pans, etc. Everything was clean. There was plenty of spaces for lots of people, and a large central space for group activities. We absolutely loved it!”

“My stay was a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy life. I had stressful family business in Dallas (not far away) that had to be done but all my burdens seemed to melt away when I returned to Mallard's Mist. It's easy to unwind when you pull in the drive and there is a beautiful heard of deer. ”
