“Went out for the day , upon returning our door keys were not valid. Upon checking with staff, we were told the door keys were cancelled, and showed we checked out. They corrected the mistake, upon talking with an elderly night desk worker she kept saying the door key must have cancelled itself due to going through a magnetic scanner or by our cell phone. I tried to explain it was the front desk fault. And she repeated it had to be the cell phone contact with the door card. I will pass on how……

“Room was clean but the parking lot and entry was littered. I know it was a busy weekend and some people don’t care. We saw trash, cups, cans and a baby diaper on the way to our car one day. Someone should be concerned with the outside as well as the inside. Also, we noticed bugs in the bathroom lights.”

“Do not eat at the Nietos Mexican Restaurant next door. All I ordered was queso and chips. Queso was vivid orange like cheeze whip, lumpy and got cold quickly. The chips are not fresh. Malakoff is just down the road....
The front desk clerk was nice but got impatient because I don't hear well and she had to repeat a lot. Those sconce lights are really bright. Could use a dimmer option. Overall, my stay was good. I would stay there again.”

“Friends we were with had to request maintenance on their room door upon arrival. It didn’t shut properly.
Our bathtub looked undesirable. Didn’t look real clean. Very “used” and really needs to be replaced.
Had to wait in a long line upon arrival. Had to wait about half an hour. Only one person working the desk.
Management and staff, however, were extremely nice, caring and hospitable. ”
