The 2-storey cottage consists of a bright, glass-fronted studio on the ground floor from which a staircase leads to a small mezzanine with a first single bed and a door leading to the living room where there is a well-equipped kitchen, a table, a double sofa bed, a small toilet with shower and the staircase leading to the mezzanine where the double bed is located. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated work space for the home office, a TV, air conditioning and a fan. This charming cottage has a private outdoor area with barbecue facilities, a swimming pool (open from June until October), garden and outdoor shower. Ideal for a relaxing getaway. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pet lovers and smokers are requested to manage their passions carefully and responsibly. The property has a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles.
