"Celeste at the front desk informed me that the elevator was not working. My room was on the fourth floor. She went out of her way and put me in one of the carriage houses across the street. I have to say it’s one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, and Celeste went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Should I ever be in Santa Rosa again, I will not hesitate to book a room here. Thank you so much…."

"The rooms were clean and well maintained. They have a shuttle that takes you to the casino and back at no charge. We were given a free drink between 5pm to 7pm. The food was good and not over priced. Beware...No Jumping in the elevator."
