Positives: the beach was beautiful. Lots of choices at the buffet. Our room was very nice and comfortable (good shower - something we always judge a room by lol). The entire resort REPRESENTS well! I went on an excursion to Dunn river falls - beautiful and lots of fun. The excursion desk was helpful and very informative.
Negatives: the liquor at the little beach bar is absolutely watered down.
No room service
Oceanfront was REALLY grassy which just feels icky. Most of the guests were very rude, generally inconsiderate of any other humans. But what's worse is a large portion of the staff was unpleasant (maybe they're use to crappy guests so they behave permanently annoyed?) Another thing regarding the staff though was we encountered quite a few that just could not provide useful, accurate infoinformation. The Sportsbar was filthy. The steakhouse, a restaurant you need to make reservations for, appeared to be closed all but 2 days a week. Asked the front desk if this is true- they said yes. Not true, however trying to make reservations through the app was almost impossible. (A really helpful employee the mans the podium got us in, she was awesome so was our waiter Michael) BUT the "sirloin" was AWFUL!! We ordered one well (i know, i know) and one medium (came out RARE) - they were both horribly tough. Like inedible.
The buffet has lots of choices but my fiancée got food poisoning our second day there. That put him down for a straight 36 hours.

Not my first time staying at this property but I think they’re lacking now. When I arrived before check in time, I waited until 3:30 pm went up to my ro saw the door open the cleaning lady was still cleaning. I had to wait on the balcony for it to finished. Around some min to 4:00pm. I slept on my bed linens for two nights. To the third day I left the card on bed for linen to change came back to the hotel 5:00pm all the dirty towels was in the bathroom bed not made, no clean glass nothing was done. I saw a hotel cleaning lady outside who said she was not assign to the room but she will come help. I took towels from her and fold them myself to put in the bathroom. She make the bed for me while I sat outside. Open the refrigerator it was not working and there was Mildew at the bottom I had to wet a washcloth and clean it out. No coffee packages im my room. The first set of coffee creamer was tough like a rock. I did talk to them at the front desk about all of this.
wanted to change rooms but they didn’t have any. Neither an upgrade at the palace I stayed before. If this section don’t step up to the game they’re going to go downhill.

We just happy to have a great time in your facilities. You made it nice and fun for everyone. Thanks 😊. I recommend it. Great experience 👍 many things to do. Just remember is only for adults couples and friends. Learn and experience Jamaica 🇯🇲.

The property is lovely, and lively. Entertainment is a 10, pools are a 10 & the food is a 10.
