A fun, quaint historic inn. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are what you’d expect from a place that’s almost 100 years old, cozy and nostalgic. Very clean, updated interiors. Beautiful gardens. Just a block from Ocean Ave.

I loved the quaint property with unique rooms, and options for dogs. Lots of places to sit outside, just a couple of blocks from the main downtown area with shops and restaurants and walkable to the ocean. Not an overly fancy place, which I like!

The Green Lantern Inn is a cozy throwback B&B with character. This is not a new or recently renovated property but it is well maintained. Very convenient to Carmel shops, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast in the dining room is pretty basic but very nice. We stayed in the "Willow" room that had a bedroom, bathroom and separate sitting room with a gas fireplace, couch and TV.
