"Needed last minute accommodations due to flooding. Hotel was in pristine condition. Beds were extremely comfortable and temperature control in room worked perfectly. Staff were helpful and courteous. Hotel was located in central location with easy access to train station. Rates were quite reasonable. Would recommend to all friends and family."

"I stayed 2 nights in a Larger Than Life Size Hotel Room in a Studio Style with ACTUAL 2 queen sized beds and came with a Kitchenette. It actually has a full 6 feet tall refrigerator, a real microwave, a Brand Name Coffee / Espresso Maker and a dish sink. I have never never had in my life booked a Hotel like this type of Condominium Hotel Room before ever. I am very skeptical and undoubt myself if I booked the right hotel. I always booked a hotel with the beds and the bathroom ; that's it. Hotel Faubourg Montreal is ACTUALLY very clean. My room that I have chosen and booked was a Studio, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchenette. The room does NOT have an odor smell and it actually smells fresh and normal. The bathroom is considered so clean and so so many towels provided. Small facial towels, medium towels and the big shower towels. I am very surprised and very pleased. The receptionist puted me in a room viewing and facing Montreal Downtown Skyline with direct looking at The Complexe Desjardins Mall which I really wished for. I also very very lucky that I have met the General Manager of Hotel Faubourg Montreal on the next morning. I actually don't have any money to buy the Charger for my NEW cellphone. In my Wild guess, I asked the young man Receptionist at the Front Desk to borrow a charger to charge my cellphone battery temporarily until they are full. He happens to be the General Manager that morning. He is very helpful and very wise. The Breakfast is Very Superb."

"The outdoor pool was great and so warm even on 35- 40 degree nights. Hotel is very convenient location to trains, food and shopping. Top.notch experience!"

"Room was a bit dated but very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was a bonus. It was fairly basic, but had decent variety. My only issue was the set up of the breakfast buffet wasn’t very easy to navigate when very busy. Nowhere to rest your tray while waiting for your toast, etc. Overall, the location and accommodations were good for the price, would stay again! "

"Air conditioning didn’t work , was so hot it was like sleeping in actual hell, I moved to a different hotel the next day .. I was extremely disappointed.. it should be clear that they don’t have adequate air conditioning "

"room was ok but there needs to be more utensils, pot pans ,glasses as it was not very well equipped for a room with a kitchen four four to six people especially if you wanted to cook something which was the reason for renting a suite with a kitchen"
