This place has it all!!
We loved our stay at the Loving Lake Life waterfront home! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. With the kids space upstairs, ping pong table, foosball table, pac-man, beautiful lakefront, dock with kayaks and paddleboards, a lovely outdoor space for relaxing and grilling, washer and dryer, and walking trails just down the street, you literally never have to leave! This was the perfect getaway spot for our family. Thank you, Christy, for sharing your beautiful home on Lake James with our family. It is just what we were looking for and it exceeded all our expectations!

Perfect lake house!!
This house was just perfect for us. There was so much for the boys to do between the game room, upstairs, kayaking on the lake, and exploring the local trails, just steps from the front door. We enjoyed everything this house had to offer inside and out. The owners are also very responsive, and wonderful to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Tranquility by the Lake
Wonderful lake house, with very easy access to the lake just steps away. House is new, with plenty of activities to do inside and outside. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Supermarkets and restaurants just 15 mins away. If you want to have a relaxing time with nature by the lake, this is definitely a great place to stay.

Perfect lake retreat
Everything was perfect. It is a beautiful home and very clean. We could have not asked for anything more. The location in the cove on the lake was the best. You can swim right off the dock without fear of being run over by other boats. Also, the cove is perfect for kayaking or paddle boards. Communication with the owner was easy although not much was necessary since everything was perfect. We are already looking at the calendar for next year!

Great rental
The home was new, clean, and in a nice area of Lake James. The kitchen was well-stocked and the home had great amenities. It was an easy walk to the dock and we and our teen sons loved the kayaks and SUP boards. The only issue was that it was hard to dock our boat. We had to take down the bimini each time we pulled up to the dock. But, it was doable and did not interfere with the enjoyment of the vacation.

Great week-long stay in July
Everything about the stay here was easy...checking-in, accessing the lake/dock, getting questions answered timely from the owner, getting to the grocery stores and restaurants, and checking out. House was comfortable and an adequate size for our group of 4 adults. Nice outdoor covered deck with TV for viewing. We enjoyed kayaking every day and although we brought our own life jackets, there were plenty available in all sizes to use if needed. The neighborhood was very quiet, even on the weekend, which we liked. We would rent here again.

One of our favorite VRBO experiences! Super easy communication with property manager. House is brand new with great amenities. Super quite neighborhood. The dock was a great asset, we kept our boat there. There was kayaks and life jackets available for the guests. The ping pong table was a huge hit with our family. Already looking for dates to stay in this rental again!!! Highly recommend

Even though it rained…
We rented for five days with our daughter and son-in-law, anticipating hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and relaxing on the dock with a book. Unfortunately it rained all five days! However, we played lots of board games and cards, had a afternoon beer at the local brewery and sipped wine on the porch of a nearby winery. Great property with everything we needed except the sunshine! We still very much enjoyed our stay in spite of the rain and definitely plan on returning!

Amazing lake house vacation!
This house is in a lovely quiet gated neighborhood on the lake. The house is newer construction with a dock on the lake. My college age kids had a blast kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming off the dock. The back patio has a tv and we watched movies at night. We walked the trails in the neighborhood and enjoyed nature. This house has easy access from the house to the lake- no steep stairs. Awesome game room upstairs with ping pong, Pac-Man and a tv. We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. Perfect location right on Lake James. Very quite and safe neighborhood. My little ones really enjoyed the size of the property as well as catching Largemouth Bass and Black Spotted Sunfish. Highly recommend for anyone wanting peace and quiet by the water.

Peaceful Retreat
Staying at this property/home was wonderful! A beautiful lake setting in a gated up-and-coming neighborhood. There were many activities near us and the home was welcoming with a covered front porch and large covered deck overlooking the lake. Having access to the paddle boards and kayaks, etc. was such a special treat. The location is perfect to access the Fonta Flora. Trail and led to many hikes. The beds are very comfortable and the large upper floor added additional living space that was well appointed with a ping pong table, and arcade style game for kids and adults. This home was perfect to enjoy a weeks vacation in warmer weather!

Great location
The house was a great fit for us. We enjoyed kayaking in the cove and walking just down the street to trails. Overall, the house exceeded our expectations and the quiet, scenic house made us feel right at home.

This property was great for a Labor Day get away! Fantastic cove, easy access from the house to the dock (well groomed and short). The home was new, clean and comfortable for a family of 6 - lots of TVs so we could all chill when not playing cards, cooking, eating, playing ms Pac-Man, ping pong or boating! there were Lots of big kid water toys too (kayak, SUP, huge water mat). A fantastic get away!

The perfect little get away
We had a phenomenal stay and experience. Host is very responsive. We rented a boat and jet skis from Noah’s Landing and had the best time ! Memories we will cherish forever and we will absolutely be staying here again in the near future. Trust me when I tell you these photos do NOT do this home justice. Book ASAP - you won’t regret it.

Amazing Lake James Home!
We had a Great Time staying at the new cabin on Lake James. It is in a private cove with a covered dock with all the water toys you could want (kayak, floats, giant mat, etc.). The kids had a great time playing in the lake. The house is beautiful and the back porch is huge with lots of furniture and a TV. My wife spent one rainy day out there all day drinking coffee and listening to the rain. We had two issues (one or fault and one random) and the owners were very quick to come out and help us! Communication was great. Really hope to have the opportunity to rent this wonderful home again!

Gorgeous home with Great Lake access
Everything went easily with booking and check in, great attentive hosts. The property is top notch quality and equipped for playing and relaxing- super comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the grill, paddle boards, lounge swings, and very close by state biking trail. Oh and the game room was great as well! Beautifully crafted place- thank you, we will definitely be back!

Quiet cove of relaxation!
This property is beautiful and has so many areas to enjoy! The back porch was our favorite area to relax and look down at the lake. The dock is perfect for reading a book in the hammock chairs or taking the paddle boards out for a ride. The house is new and has all the necessities with a fully equipped kitchen! We loved our stay!
