“Very filthy”

“The check in staff and the breakfast staff were amazingly kind and professional. Breakfast bar was complete with pizza, quiche, waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, bagels, muffins and toast. My kiddos favorite was the parfait bar! The room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was the pool was empty and closed. We didn't stay long enough to use it but I only book hotels with pools for my kids in case we need to burn energy.”

“During check in we saw a mouse run across the eating area. Our dead bolt on our door didn’t work. And the sink did not drain. Definitely more like a 1.5 star location. Price was good though.”

“I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available. The handicap shower would have been excellent except for the fact that water bounced off the shower floor onto the bathroom floor. We had to use almost every towel to try to keep……

“Checking in was fine, walking into the room the first thing you smell was musty cigerettes. Supposed to be non smoking room. Room not real clean, bathroom had hair on floor near tub. Went to wash my face and found hair (small hair) on the wash cloth. I put my food in fridge for the night to eat the next day, fridge froze the food that was not to be frozen. Including my drinks. Woken up by fight outside my door after 3:30am somewhere between my room and front desk area. Got a hold of……
