Le sejour a dû etre annulé : pour des raisons personnelles (décès) et comme aucune nouvelle la veillexdu depart de l'hôte, votre societe Abritel m'a remboursé. L hote a reponfu que les dates choisies etaient deja reservees le lendemain ! Il ne semble pas fiables car il n a repondu a zucun mail ni appel téléphonique de ma part et de votre part. Merci Abritel, on peut vous faire confiance et merci a votre service et aux operateurs qui prennent nosxappels. Bravo pour votre bienveillance et votre professionnalisme.
