"The Place was very nice and cozy… the shower was wonderful! Her Kitchen was stocked with all a Vacation cook would Need… What we missed was a little microwave, for reheating left overs, coffee and Tea.. And location was A Tad away from the pulse of things But nothing that a pleasant walk in Nature didn’t fix… great little covered outdoor patio.. Would recommend this Cozy little Casita 👍"

"We loved the location, the casita was cute and perfect for our needs. So quiet and a quick walk to Boynton trailhead. We were excited to find some additional supplies in the bathroom like sun lotion, which we had forgotten to bring. I have only one comment on the flip side, although very minor, it would be nice to have a welcome book with a few instructions on tv, and perhaps local info like short cuts to the main areas and directions to Boynton trail and closest grocery stores, etc. There are...

"We enjoyed the more secluded setting. Sedona is great, but it was nice to retreat to a quiet setting in the evening. The view from the front of the house is amazing, and enjoyed our morning coffee or evening class of wine while taking it in. Very relaxing."

"The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door...

"Very clean and cozy. We would stay there again. Only issue we had was an icy and very slippery walkway by the front and back doors due to the snow melting off the roof and freezing up overnight."

"My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to checkout cooler summer locations in AZ. This cabin was perfect for the season. Not sure how hot is gets in Munds Park during the summer months so no AC might be an issue??? Love this place❤️"

"I was super excited to get to this property and relax, with my family of 8. When we arrived, we couldn’t park because there was snow covering the driveway, so we had to park in the street(which isn’t allowed) while we shoveled the snow out with the one snow shovel there was, which was super inconvenient because it was wobbly, and we have babies! When we finally got inside, the floors were messy(not vacuumed) and there were water bottles from previous guests. Makes me think, did they even clean?...

"This location made it convenient to visit the Grand Canyon to our north and multiple hikes in the Sedona area to our south. Quiet neighborhood close to all the amenities of Flagstaff too. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We encountered an issue when we first arrived but the owner was VERY prompt in responding and it was resolved quickly. Communication was easy and readily available. I would consider staying here again when visiting the area."
