“I purchased three nights at the Morro Crest through Expedia which stated it was pet friendly. We arrived on the 24th of June and had a quiet night. The next afternoon I got a call from the office that they were demanding us to leave because of the pet. I argued with him that it was registered as a assistive pet and that did not seem to matter. They told me if we didn't leave they would call the police. We called the police to find out what our options were and they said they would not come out……

“最初进入的二个房间根本没有清洁，前边客人留下来的脏乱依然在，更换了房间厕所不能用，再次更换房间床单没有更换，没有浴巾，毛巾纸盒是空的，马桶没有清洁，晚上卫生间有蟑螂在爬，最关键的是前台无法沟通，好像对牛弹琴”

“The late check in was accommodated which is much appreciated. Lots of renovation is done recently so rooms and washrooms are in great condition. Parking could be tight but its right on the highway 1 so very convenient location for exploring pacific coast.”
