“We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!”

“We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. We will definitely come back. ”
