No air, no movement. It got quiet warm we had to sleep out of the sheets and blankets. Just a hop, skip and a jump from all the shops. The owner was very friendly and super sown to earth. My family and I were very impressed with the room. Unlike the other places we've stayed at, Avalon Inn didn’t have people at all hours of the night making noise, running up and down the hall, etc. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely worth the price. Check in was seamless and staff friendly. The only drawback was that the air conditioner would not stay on for any length of time and we were told this is a recurring problem, in part because the unit is inches away from a bed making the unit's thermostat think the room is cooler than it is. The remote for the television wasn't working and the young man at the front desk couldn't solve the problem, so he generously let us use the master remote.
