“I had a terrible experience. My children and I walked into our first room, and it was dirty and not cleaned from the night before. We went to the front desk to request a new room, and we went into that room, settled in, looked forward to a nice relaxing evening, and discovered the toilet was not working. I went to the front desk and told them we needed a plunger, and the staff person at the front desk handed me a plunger and did not say anything. The plunger did not fix the problem, so we……
