This place is gorgeous. The rooms are super spacious, comfortable. The staff is super friendly. Love the self check in. The pool, hot tub are amazing. The hotel is undergoing renovation and will be taking the waterpark out. I would love to come back and see the space after renovation. Definitely would stay here again

The renovations and remodeling are coming along well. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were nice. I hope they open the waterpark again someday. My kids thought it was sad to be able to see the top of the waterpark, surrounded by drywall.

I hard a great experience with this hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a really nice atmosphere to soothe one after a tiring journey. The bed was comfortable, good amenities were available, and everything was super clean. I loved the considerate touches and the attention put into every detail. I would recommend it very highly to anyone for comfort and enjoyment in their stay here.

The hotel was in s great location. What’s best about this hotel is the attention one gets from people who work there. They are top notch!! Very nice hotel in a wonderful area! I will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful stay! Loved the room, having 1.5 baths is so nice for a larger family. The kids loved the pool, only thing that would be better is if they would reopen the water slides. The room, lobby, and grounds were all clean. We did find it a little disappointing that we had a full kitchen but had to call the front desk to bring us any pans, silverware’s or anything really to actually the kitchen. So awesome to be able to have our dogs, too. Would recommend 10/10, but please stock the kitchens for convenience of guests.

We’ve stayed at Bantr twice in the last month and both times, our stay was excellent. The staff have been so helpful and accommodating, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are huge and clean. When we’ve traveled with our dogs, we appreciate the convenience of the large property and sidewalks nearby to exercise them. For the humans, there is an amazing gym, a large pool and an enormous hot tub. There are restaurants nearby and a grocery store next door. We had visited this property when it was a waterpark and can’t wait to see its transformation to a music venue.

I feel safe, easy parking, and clean. One thing I would recommend the staff to do is to provide the guest a copy of the map of the facility because it's big and can be confusing finding your suite and other places in the building.
