“I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!”

“I booked through Expedia, and the lady who checked me in had all sorts of trouble dealing with that. She asked me to run a card for incidentals. The card reader said it went through, but there's was some snag on her side. I ended up running the card three times before she finally just recorded it as a cash transaction. Inconvenient, but ok. “We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice, and breakfast was decent, your typical motel spread, maybe a little lighter than some, but it still filled up the famil. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the pool. Around midnight it sounded like they were cleaning the pool, and then it opened again at 7:00 AM, so it was a bit noisy on both ends of the night. Aside from that, everything was……

“They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that……

“This hotel is fantastic. The front desk lady was super kind and very welcoming. She answered all my questions and had a great sense of humor too. The room itself was more than I expected and there were plenty of towels, toiletries, and also glassware in the little kitchenette, very nice.
