"The property was wonderful. Tucked into Incline Village, about a 10 min drive to beaches, half a mile to the grocery store, bank, etc. Close to putt putt, ice cream, hikes. My only complaint about the propeety is the lack of AC and this is NOT reflected in the property listing on VRBOs website. In two places on the listing, it states AC is part of the amenities.
