Too noisy in the room above me, people kicking and my bed was done, too old and damaged, requested for change of room, never come back to meet my request, too bad but every others furniture in the room was phenomenal

It smells like smoke and mold. There were roaches in the bathroom. Customer service was very nice.

The room was a decent size and I like the large fridge but the sink did not drain well and there was stopper in the sink. The front desk greeting was the worst I have ever received.
