We stupidly locked ourselves out of the house while exploring the property and Earl spoke to us on the ring camera and helped us get in. We had a bit of trouble logging into Netflix on the TV (used our credentials accurately but still gave us an error) but that just made us play foosball and card games which was better...

"Great location to explore Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run State Park (which is right down the street!). Well-appointed cabin with big yard/deck to explore - dogs loved it! We had plenty of rooms for 4 adults. Exactly as pictured. House is in a very quiet neighborhood with a lovely lake and amenities. We did not have time to use the amenities, but the lake view was very nice! If traveling with pets, check out nearby Boulder Tavern - we had a nice meal on the patio with the pups. Overall great pet...

"The house has every amenity - it’s beautifully decorated, is cozy and warm and has all the functional items in the kitchen, bathroom, and storage units. The location is quite close to main Poconos attraction and the arrowhead community is sake and scenic. Absolutely loved our time here!"

"In many ways the property and location are picturesque. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Positives: Lovely home, great location, nice amenities (grill, deck, appliances) Minor Opportunities: AC (well communicated before), no permit access to Lake Naomi amenities (well communicated before), and a first floor rug that shed like the dickens (tough if you have kiddos running around)."

"Everything as advertised. Points of clarification: There's no indoor pool at the community center. Why did I think there was one? Who knows. The beach is about 5 minutes down the road and the swimming areas are hilariously small. House was well maintained, but I don't love the memory foam mattresses - but that's more a reflection on me than anything."

"We stayed at Whitney Cottage for about three months in the winter. The cottage is wonderful, and we loved it the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and orderly, and it was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Mark Peterson, our host, is as delightful as the cottage. We received a warm welcome, and Mark was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Lake Harmony is central to everywhere we wanted to go. "We stayed here for my son’s birthday over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was flawless with communication from owners. Stephanie gave very clear directions and was available for any question we had. The house was very clean and had gorgeous views. We enjoyed each day on the water in the boats available and sat each night by the fire. The house had plenty of games to keep us busy. We loved the location and will definitely be back to stay again.
