“Mitch and Jess’s property was excellent and only 15-20 mins to Warnambool or Port Fairy and about an hour drive to 12 Apostles. Comfy bed, clean property and communicative host. Would definitely book again in future. ”

The property had what we needed. The only thing lacking was the hole in the fly screen on the back door which let the flies in.

Easy off-street parking and surprisingly quiet rooms, given proximity to the highway. Booking process easy and after hours check in not an issue. Staff very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
“I spend 60-70 nights a year in hotel rooms and perhaps once a year i will submit a review online. This place is that review - above and beyond anythink one could ask for. Fantastic space, everything u could possibly need, and wonderful staff. Wish i could have stayed longer but flew out the next morning. If in doubt, book this place. astonishingly wonderful!”
