"The security lock on the door is broken, when I asked to change the room, they told me the same thing in the other room, there is no lock... :( The door to the room does not fit tightly and there are huge cracks through which smoke is drawn if someone smokes outside... The sink is clogged, the water does not drain... but my biggest problem is that the floor in the room, it seems, has not been washed for years... they pour chemicals on it to kill bacteria and viruses so that it is impossible to breathe, but it is not washed properly,,, on my last visit I had to wet a towel and just wash all these chemicals off the floor, otherwise it is impossible to breathe in the room, there is bitterness in the throat and it is difficult to sleep... And we spend the whole night in the room and are doomed to breathe this dirt and chemicals.... Wet a napkin and wipe the floor in one place - it will be black! it's terrible,,, once I was indignant and said about it, in response they told me, what do you want for $70 dollars? if you want it to be clean, go to the hotel across the street for $170, it will be clean (there was another hotel there, a class higher)... My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was a smell of marijuana in the room, not much, but it was there :(... on the positive side - the water pressure was good and the sheets were clean, and thank God no bed bugs ! "
