Very good value for the money
Easy parking, convenient location while not right in the busiest area, nice breakfast, small but very clean gym and sauna. Checkout was a bit unorganized, I was second in line at the front desk but somehow they managed to serve 4 people before me, I felt a bit invisible. Nevertheless, I would stay here again, the overall experience was good.

I was given a special needs people room, when I asked why, I was given two answers, that I reserved this room and all rooms are booked. Once I entered the room I wanted to use the toilet, I found it dirty, check the photo. I wanted ro use the Ironsteam I found it in a terrible condition. The bed was very small the sleeping pillow was very small, no fridge. They offered free bottle of water. Once I reported in the morning the supervisor told me we will handle this. After full day of meetings I went to the room at 5:30 PM I found the toilet still dirty. I went back to the receiption the supervisor told me she ordered the cleaning department to clean the room. I showed her the photo she was shocked. I also showed her the dirt on the Ironsteam. I was given a better room, which has a fridge that was not working at all. The sleeping quality was good in both rooms. The reason behind beinyso upset is that the room was for special needs people. I have paid 400 USD for two nights not including breakfast and I had a zero star service. Rhe supervisor gave me a nice bar of German chocolate and a free bar drink, which I was unable to accept and left them in the room.

Loved the hotel! It was very close to the U and S Bahns, which gave us access to all major parts of the city within 20 minutes of leaving the hotel. Our room was unfortunately a little hot, even with the AC.

Good hotel but the beds and some amenities need an update. Very basic, the mattress was uncomfortable and worn out (soft). Overall I expect something better in this price range in that brand. The staff was very friendly, and parking was €20.

The hotel was conveniently located in a mostly residential area near a very nice park. It was easy to find taxis and access to public transport was good. The staff were generally attentive but very inexperienced (the bar ran out of white wine!).The hotel was clean but I found a cockroach in my room. The front desk staff tried to tell me it was not a cockroach but I lived in NY City and I know a roach when I see one. It was lighter brown with a flat body. I asked them to exterminate and confirm this to me in writing they did nothing. I had some pressing business in the area and no time to relocate. I left hoping no roaches came with me in my luggage.

I found the hotel to be clean, with good facilities and helpful staff. My German is pretty bad so I was glad to find that the staff were very comfortable speaking English. The buffet breakfast was nice with a good choice of food. FYI, the hotel staff clear up your used plates etc. from the table (I mention this because I was at first looking around for a place to put my dirty plates). You are also asked for your room number when you arrive at the breakfast, so don't forget it like I did. It's pretty handy for public transport, but if you like walking that's quite practical too. It took me about an hour to walk into the city centre, seeing some nice streets along the way (although the busy traffic made the walk a bit less pleasant).

Worst place to stay. Avoid at all cost!
Okay so let me start by saying the room was not clean. There was hair in the bedsing prior to our arrival. Not to mention blood stains on the sheet. The beds are spring beds that are beyond uncomfortable. On 2 pillows are provided and no extra pillows are available. Went down to reception and asked for room to be changed and was advised no rooms and thats the only one. Was giving the option to leave and told i would have to deal with hotels.com for refund. This is extremely disappointing as it was my 1st year wedding anniversary.

Very Nice Hotel
Nice room, great breakfast and superb cocktails @ happy hour. 2 tube stations within a couple of minutes walk and a great Greek Resturant (Iridion) about 10 minutes walk.
