Beautiful hotel Everytime we come to Munich we stay in this hotel. Room had low ceiling but nice walls and exotic/oriental bed. But the room was smaller than i exoected. Breakfast was amazing very delicious and so rich. Beautiful and delicate breakfast area. Lobby always crowded and service staff was kind but i ordered pomme frites and it was somehow not fresh like it was fried before and microwaved before being served(?) not sure… and the taste was bad. Our luggages arrived one day later (due to airline problems) and we were surprised to see the luggages in our room without us being called or informed (?!)

Low ceilings, tiny room and bathroom, the service was very good but the hallways and rooms are depressing, dark and seem very old. No handicap accessibility. Ie can’t roll your bags to the rooms. 6 steps between the lobby and elevators.
