This hotel is beautifully appointed! We lived the Industrial style of our room, but it was a little too small. Also, there was a terrible odor emanating from the toilet the entire time...maybe sewer gases?

We've just had a 4 night stay at Unsölds, the hotel is an easy 3 minute walk to the nearest u-bahn station, or a 15-20 minute walk into Marienplatz, and to the Frauenkirche, Hofbräuhaus etc. The hotel itself has a great modern vibe, really clean and well presented rooms and exceptionally friendly service from all the staff, particularly Yonko in the bar! It was the perfect base for exploring this beauful city and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Munich!

Unsolds Factory Hotel is a small hotel. It is clean and well maintained. Staffs are helpful. The breakfast includes main items e.g. eggs, sausages, bacons, breads, coffee and tea. The hotel is walking distance to Lehel U bahn station. It is possible to walk to Marienplatz ( around 20mins ). It is in a quiet neighbourhood, especially at night. There are few cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby. English Garden is about 5 mins walk.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel.
Really lovely hotel, nicely designed in a quiet neighbourhood. A little walk to the main part of Munich but still lots of things nearby including cafes and restaurants and the Museum

Room was lovely, clean and beds were comfortable. Room was very warm when radiator was turned off. Would have been nice to have a kettle. Room service did not provide clean glasses. The area that the hotel is in was very well connected using the lehel station and was also in walking distance to key spots. However, the area was extremely quiet at night. Staff - The waiter at breakfast was lovely, two receptionists tried to helpful, however, would give opposite advice to one another.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very stylish but with an intimate feeling in the bar/lobby area. Close enough to the main plaza but far away enough to have dining options that were not geared to the tourists

Wonderful hidden gem
Wonderful hotel, clean, modern, quirky with a unique nod to its history. Fabulous staff who were helpful and went above and beyond every time. Particular credit to Greta who we saw a lot of. Fantastic location, close enough to the centre but far enough out to be a quiet retreat. Excellent value for money, highly recommend

Staff were exceptional! Room was cozy but designed well to make use of the space. It had a great outdoor area to sit for breakfast or drinks. Location was perfect, off the beaten path so quiet, yet near everything you need. Will definitely recommend/ stay again!

Lovely hotel. Close to transport and the old city area. Bed was comfortable: room was a good size and the shower was great. No yea or coffee in the rooms though ( as with most of German hotels I think)

The hotel was very easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood. We always felt safe even when walking back at night. It is located just a few minutes walk from a beautiful park where you can watch the river surfers and go to the Chinese beer garden. The room was very nice and modern. Check in and out was very simple. My only complaint is no air con but it cooled off a lot at night and we slept with the window open which was great. They also provide 2 fans for you to use. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and it was very easy to get to Theresenweise from the hotel, just a short walk to the U-bahn and a short ride from there. Overall great stay and would stay here again.

We stayed here 3 nights for Oktoberfest. It was a great location, staff was great and room was very clean. My only complaint is no A/C but we had 2 fans in the room that helped. Loved having access to breakfast and a bar. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel stay in Munich
Excellent wifi. No air conditioning, but the room had a fan. The room was specious and well-designed. The hotel is a little further from the main areas than I originally thought, but is only a short walk from a U-bahn (metro) station. One thing the hotel area is lacking is nearby restaurants/bars.
