The staff were very helpful and friendly! I felt "at home". The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting the Christmas Markets located in Munster and very near the main train station.

Two night stay in Muenster.
Stayed for two nights in Muenster for a trip to Willingen. This place was very conveniently located for the train station. It was very reasonably priced and the rooms were a nice size for a budget priced hotel. Clean and tidy and just what I expected.

The property is located just a few hundred meters from the Hauptbahnhof. There's also many attractions well within walking distance. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I had a double to myself just because I like the extra space. The bathroom is roomy which is a nice plus. There was a small balcony with a table and 2 seats which was a nice place to unwind. I didn't take advantage of breakfast at the hotel but it is available for a fee. The bed was a double. If you are unfamiliar with beds in Germany this is 2 singles pushed together. This wasn't an issue, just something to be aware of. Parking, there is a city parking lot just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. But where possible I'd suggest using the local buses and trains. One other thing, the rooms are on each floor in 3 or 4 room groups behind a glass door. It's well laid out and quiet. I was there 10 days and think I only heard or saw someone twice. I'll be sure to stay here again! Special thanks to Gerde (forgive me if my spelling is wrong). He was the gentleman running the desk who was always ready to help or give a suggestion on local attractions, eating or transportation. Thank you one and all!

Good location, alright quality typical 2-2,5 stars
Location is great! Cleanliness could be improved however it’s alright, we didn’t go for the breakfast but I would recommend to do so, it looked very nice :) the hotel is old and beds are not the best (hard) but for this price the location is all worth it

helpful staff,actually only one staff person (receptionist)I saw, I don't think anyone else was there ..And the property is very close to the main station...And the market starts just beside that...Thus location is excellent...Room was small but okay for me...

the reception is on 4th floor, noisy, old room! it is totally different from what i paid for HK$11xx/night. it is not hotel, it is more like motel! totally different from the picture. outmost disappointing hotel. never , ever choose it again

The young man at the front counter was very nice, but I had asked for a quiet room and the room was facing the main street and NOT quiet. Also warm and not so comfortable for sleeping.

Nice hotel close to the train station
Breakfast was good with much to choose from. There is a lift/elevator. The staff was friendly. The dark curtains were only for part of the window. The room had light from outside entering at night and made it difficult for proper sleep.

This hotel was a nice place to stay for a business trip. It is located close to the train station and to downtown. The rooms are small but adequate. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and they all speak English.

City center
Close to Hauptbahnhof and central bus stop, thus pretty convenient. Rather noisy neighborhood at night (foot traffic, not vehicle traffic). And since Germans don't believe in ventilation ("Es zieht!") one has the choice of having the window open and putting up with noise, or closing the window and being hot and stuffy.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, das Zimmer war gut, lediglich die Ankunft, also Anmeldung über Handy, war für uns umständlich, hat aber irgendwann funktuioniert.

An okay and no-noncense Hotel. Bit old fouurnature but good beds and everything okay. Street is very noisy at night but by closing all windows you dont hear it. Hotel is close to station and to city center so for us it was perfect. breakfast buffet was simpel but mondays till saturdays there are a lot of bakeries which offer breakfast.

Ich war gezwungen, meinen Aufenthalt einen Tag früher zu beenden. Auf Nachfrage bzgl. Ermäßigung des Zimmerpreises wegen Nichtnutzung, wurde dieses strikt abgelehnt mit Verweis auf die Geschäftsbedingungen. Ein Entgegenkommen auf Kulanzbasis, seitens der Geschäftsleitung wäre wünschenswert gewesen und ich hätte das Hotel sicher weiterempfohlen. Schade, unter einem gastfreundlichen Haus verstehe ich etwas anders.

Das Hotel ist leider sein Geld nicht wert. Die Dusche wurde schon nach kurzer Zeit kalt, der Boiler tropfte und hinterließ eine Pfütze im Bad. Der Waschtisch und einige Fliesen waren kaputt und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert sodass man den Lärm der Hauptstraße hört. Die Matratze war an einigen Stellen durchgelegen, das Bettlaken so dünn dass man die Beschriftung der Matratze darunter lesen konnte. Die Möbel stammen wohl aus den 70er oder 80er Jahren. Das Holz wurde weiß angemalt, leider platzt der Lack ab, sodass es doch recht schäbig aussieht. Die Polster der Stühle sind alt und staubig. Der Teppich war zwar oberflächlich sauber, doch schien er ebenfalls alt und verstaubt. Der Fahrstuhl hingegen war richtiggehend dreckig. Das einzig Positive ist die zentrale Lage. Meine Beschwerde wurde leider nicht ernstgenommen.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war sehr postitiv. Extrem negativ ist die Lage an einer Einkaufsmeile, sowie durch etreme Lärmbelästung in dieser Straße bis weit in die Nacht hinein. Weil keine Klimaanlgae im Zimmer kein lüften in der Nacht möglich. Desweiteren keine Hoteleigenen Parkplätze vorhanden

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer. Matratzen leider unbequem. Ausstattung der Nasszelle recht alt, hier herrscht Investitionsstau. Das separat zubuchbare Frühstück ist überteuert. Die Umgebung ist nachts sehr laut.

Die Unterkunft war im ganzen in Ordnung. Eines der zwei Zimmer war sehr klein. Wenn in diesem Zimmer 2 Personen nächtigen sollen, wäre es schon sehr beengt. Man könnte Platzangst bekommen. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Mir persönlich war das Bett zu weich. Der Topper auf dem Boxspringbett ist immer sehr leicht verrutscht. Wir hätten die Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht.
