Barnacle Bill’s is a luxury inlet-front vacation rental in Garden City Beach, South Carolina, ideally located just off South Waccamaw Drive with direct inlet views and beach access only steps away. This waterfront retreat offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience, with the beach, marina, and top local restaurants all within walking distance.

Designed for group getaways and multi-family vacations, the home features two stylish living spaces, a private pool, and expansive water views. Outdoor areas are ideal for relaxing, dining, and enjoying sunrise or sunset over the inlet.

Inside, Barnacle Bill’s showcases coastal luxury with open-concept living, a chef’s kitchen, hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, and calming coastal design throughout. Guests can walk to the marina and enjoy dining at The Gulfstream Café and The Quay Seafood Grille, or spend their days boating, fishing, paddle boarding, and enjoying the beach just steps away.

PRIVATE POOL

Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $250 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 3 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round; however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.

POOL HEAT DISCLAIMER
This home offers pool heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. As the pool is outdoors, water temperatures may be affected by weather conditions or unexpected equipment issues.

*If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.

PRIVATE DOCK
Guests are welcome to use the dock for leisure. Boat use is allowed with prior approval. Water levels drop significantly at low tide, so please remove boats beforehand to avoid them sitting in mud.
