Just steps from beach access, this spacious and impeccably maintained 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath second-row home is perfect for your next getaway. Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool with a kiddie pool, challenge friends in the game room, or relax in the outdoor entertainment area. The home comes fully stocked with baby essentials, and all linens are included for your convenience. Packed with amenities and designed for comfort, the Bumm’Inn is your ideal beach retreat. Book your stay today and start making memories! Welcome to The Bumm'Inn, a second-row home, located in Garden City Beach! The home is located across the street from public beach access and a half mile south of the Garden City Pier. Only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport! It is also within close proximity to all of the attractions that the Grand Strand has to offer! After spending time out and about, The Bumm'Inn has plenty to offer your family and friends to make your vacation extra special! Exterior: The outdoor entertainment area includes a private, heated saltwater pool with kiddie pool, a 6-seat table and 4 bar chairs at the outdoor kitchen area, a kids picnic table, 8 comfortable lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. There is enough parking for 6 vehicles, 4 in the driveway and 2 under the house. Interior: The main floor of The Bumm'Inn boasts 2 comfortable living areas with Smart TVs, cable, fast WIFI, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area that seats 10 people at a large table and 4 people at the counter. There is access to the covered balcony, just off of the dining/living area with outdoor seating. Down the hall from the kitchen is a bedroom, living area and covered balcony access, overlooking the pool. The rear deck has outdoor seating and a grilling area. The tastefully decorated bedrooms can sleep 18 comfortably and have all new linens that are included. 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with cable. Bedroom #1 - Main Floor: 2 Queens and an ensuite bathroom Bedroom #2 - 2nd Floor: 2 Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #3 - 2nd Floor: King bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #4 - 2nd Floor: Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #5 - 3rd Floor: 2 Queen beds with bathroom located just outside of the bedroom door. Bedroom #6 - 3rd Floor: King bed and a large ensuite bathroom, with balcony access. Baby items include children's plates, cups, and utensils, a Pack-N-Play, highchair, and baby gate. Guests will have access to the entire property other than the owners' closets, one located next to the front door and a space in the master suite on the 3rdt floor. Guests can have as much or as little interaction as they prefer with the host. The Bumm'Inn is located in Garden City Beach, across the street from public beach access and less than a mile from the Garden City Pier. \*Rental agreement must be signed after booking is approved. The agreement is hosted on OwnerRez, an external property management program. \*The pool heater is subject to outdoor temperatures. \*No smoking inside of the home. There will be a $500 fee added plus any other additional damages. \* Must be at least 25 years old to rent. \* No 3rd Party Bookings \* No chipping in the backyard, you will be held liable for all damaged caused to any property \* There are 2 security cameras in the carport area, for security purposes only. One faces the street and the other towards the rear of the home. Disabling or obstructing the view of the cameras is prohibited. There were 18 it accommodated all of us and everyone still had multiple spots to go to if they wanted to be alone. Everything in this house was clean and in its place. The kitchen was so big and had everything we needed so many Pots and pans and just everything you could think of! There was so many sitting areas room for everyone at the over large table or large Peninsula. We All loved loved the house, and thank goodness because it rained almost the whole time we were there. So happy there was plenty other things in the house to do, we enjoyed the game room and all the boards games you had available to play. The kids still enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool and all the Toys you had available to play with and we played Corn hole! The closet was full of goodies for everyone!!! Long story short we would definitely stay here again!!! If I had to suggest anything it would be to get New Patio pillows the balconies were Awesome but the pillows were very dirty. Also there needs to be an emergency phone number that someone answers at all times. The place was spotless, loaded with amenities & exceeded all our expectations. It was just across the street from the beach access and the backyard pool, putting green, corn hole and more were great. This was our last family gathering before our daughter, son in law & 2 grandsons deploy to Japan for 3 years with the USAF later this year. This property provided the perfect setting for a memorable experience. This place is immaculate, well laid out, beautiful beach decor. All king and queen beds. Everything that you need is provided, from coffee to beach chairs and beach towels. Lots of board games for families, foosball, shuffle board, bags and other games for the enjoyment of guests. The beach is right across the street. It was great to have the salt water pool available also. We had a wonderful time at Bumm'Inn.
