“There was trash under the ac unit some towels were dirty. We were scheduled house keeping on are second day we never got it we called a couple times the first time they said that they will do it as soon as possible we called again after a couple hours and they said we have to go to the lobby to get are towels toilet paper tissues and we never got are beds made there was also dust everywhere and the tiles in the bathroom were not cleaned properly”

“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“I believe a lot of the complaints for this hotel is from people who give no grace and are expecting 5 star resort at 3 star prices. It’s an older place but it was clean. The pool was nice. Hot tub was perfect. Love the Tiki Bar. The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is because I’d rather be within walking distance of more restaurants or stores. Hotel is located in a quieter part of PCB.”

“The hot tub does not work. Folks drinking alchol in the pool in glass bottles. Staff would not do anything.”
