“Very nice”

“The lobby is great! Clean and good smelling. The hallways on the third floor look a bit old already and like dirty (when it is not) it would be nice to renew them. The room is great, with mini fridge and Microwave. Work on the shower, it was hard to manipulate the hot and cold water”

“Great staff. There were 3 of us in the room. There was one bar of hand soap. 1 set of towels. There was not a complete set of bedding for the hide a bed.”

“We love to travel as a family and our stay at this current Tru hotel wasn't the worst hotel we've stayed in. 2 bad things: -Our room never ended up getting cleaned for our 6 days here. (I'm not sure if it's because we asked for 5 more minutes one of the mornings because we were gathering stuff for the beach). Either way, oh well. We put our trash and dirty towels in the hallway. And they were taken during the day. -The kids downstairs below our room, and then the next 2 nights above us... whew!……

“Everything was fine there. Service staff for the most part was up to expectations.on first day there charged a bar tab to the room. After about an hour I received a phone call from desk while asleep.told me that my charge would not go through. Then they explained that they are having problems with a new system that would not let a room charge go through from the bar. I said I’m in bed and will take care of it in the morning. Bar manager insisted I come down and take care of it immediately. Came……

“The beds were a little firm and the tub was extremely slippery-no grip. Other than that, it was an awesome room and the people were super friendly morning and night. The room was spotless. Great job all around. Will stay there again absolutely.”

“Everything is good, but the door of the room is hard to close”

“Reese found my wallet at the counter. I left it there during check in. She is.an honest.and beautiful person. My whole vacation $ was.in that wallet, alot of it in cash. She gave it to Jesseca.and they looked.at who had checked in and gave.me a.call in my room. What wonderful people they both are! I had my credit card number stolen a couple of years ago by the front desk manager at the hotel I stayed at. It is refreshing to know that good, honest people still exist in this world!!!”
