“I called to cancel the booking and explained due to the bad weather, raining all day, in Pensacola from 5/25 to 5/27/2026. The staff took my phone said she would cancel the booking for me but look like she did nothing. This is their number +1 (850) 208-0100. I waited for 3 days and there is no refund back so I called them then no one answered the call. I have reported this to expedia.”

“Stayed 1 night. Once I checked in and was put in a room, the person next to me played their tv really loud and was talking really loud on their phone. Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road. Loud cars every few seconds went……

“We had booked a room for a midway stop on a trip to New Orleans, on motorcycles. When we arrived the man at the front counter moved his car so we could put the motorcycles under shelter out front, and then put us in a room were we could see them out the window. When we left that morning we said see you next Friday. When we arrived next Friday they had the cars moved from under the shelter and put is in another room were the motorcycles could be seen out the window without even having to ask or……

“My room shared the wall with the kitchen. They started preparing breakfast before 5am so I would hear pans or bowls being used in the kitchen. I’m an early riser and I suspect if I complain they would have given me a different room. My stay was just 2 days so I sucked it up. However, they should save this room as a last resort”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and updated. One big problem was every time someone closed their hallway door it slammed so hard sounded like a gun going off. Need a variety in the breakfast menu.”
